Data We May Collect
AirCAV Global's primary services are consulting, training, program evaluation, and advisory support. In select engagements that include limited operational support, AirCAV Global may collect data inclusive of, but not limited to, audio, video, sensory, and photographic information through the use of various devices, payloads, or integrated systems aboard unmanned aircraft systems.
This data can at times capture information that is incidental to the primary focus and purpose of the flight or training activity. Such incidental data may include photographs and video capture of private property, individuals, public and private events, and in some cases, activities in environments where a reasonable expectation of privacy by the persons captured in that data may exist.
When AirCAV Global operates in a consulting or training capacity — including program evaluation, advisory sessions, and site assessments — no UAS-generated data collection occurs unless it is a defined and disclosed component of the specific engagement scope agreed upon with the client organization.
How We Manage Data
AirCAV Global is committed to supporting the privacy expectations of the general public to the extent that those expectations do not restrict the lawful operational rights granted to the company under state law and applicable federal regulations.
To that end, AirCAV Global reviews all data captured by unmanned aircraft systems and reviews flight activities of our Pilots in Command and operators. In the event that data is identified which clearly captures one or more individuals in a location and circumstance where a reasonable expectation of privacy is unquestionable, AirCAV Global will take appropriate action, which may include one or more of the following:
- Deletion of the applicable data or data segment
- Editing or obscuring the identity and activity of the individuals involved
- Providing notice and reasonable opportunity for affected parties to review and request appropriate action
In most operational contexts, UAS-mounted sensors and imaging systems are designed with wide capture angles. It is physically difficult — and in some cases technically impossible — to prevent the incidental capture of persons, property, or events outside the specific mission focus. The aerial vantage point of a UAS may also bypass conventional physical privacy measures such as fences, walls, or building height.
It is not the intent at any time for AirCAV Global personnel to intentionally violate personal privacy. AirCAV Global will not conduct surveillance of a specific individual in a context where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, unless such activity is part of a formally authorized law enforcement or government operation with appropriate legal authority clearly established in advance.

Complaints & Requests to Review
AirCAV Global operates in compliance with 14 CFR Part 107 of Federal Aviation Regulations, as well as Florida Statute 934.50 regarding the use of drones. In the event that a member of the public believes a privacy concern exists — specifically, that they have been the subject of incidental data capture during a UAS flight or that a flight otherwise implicates a law or regulation — they may initially contact the Pilot in Command at a safe and appropriate time during or after the operation.
The Pilot in Command will collect all relevant information from the individual and will transmit that information to appropriate company personnel. If warranted, AirCAV Global will arrange a review of the applicable data at a mutually agreed upon time to determine whether editing or removal is appropriate.
In all cases where a complaint has been received, the relevant data will be preserved in its original unmodified state for a minimum of five (5) business days pending review by appropriate personnel.
The general public is reminded that unmanned aircraft systems are declared by federal law to be "aircraft" and, while in operation, are governed by federal and state aviation law accordingly. Discharging a firearm at an aircraft, or otherwise threatening or interfering with a UAS operator or operation, is a violation of federal and state law and may result in civil liability, fines, and criminal prosecution.
